Moving to Midelt, the city of rocks, where we would be having our tremendous Moroccan Tagine and tasting the real tempting Berber food.Afterward, we will start driving through the remarkable Middle Atlas villages, as we watch the mountain landscape gradually morph from its rocky formation into the speckled sand dunes.The last stop on our Fes Desert Tours 2 Days would be Merzouga the golden gate of the Moroccan Sahara. Erg Chebbi Dunes – Rissani – Erfoud – Fez

Rissani - Early in the morning, we will start the second day of our Fes to Merzouga 2 Days by an early camel Trek to witness the remarkable beauty of the high golden dunes and the fascinating sunrise. You would be looking out onto the wide Sahara and the fascinating camels chain, as you get your own majestic Lawrence of Arabia feeling. Next, we will go back to our fancy Hotel in Merzouga, to have a fresh Sahara breakfast and get some rest, before heading to Rissani, the old market center of the Sahara Desert, visiting its authentic colorful Souk and mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, the founder of the Moroccan ruling Dynasty (The Alaouites), and then at Saad el Hassan el Awal.. The following stop would be in Erfoud, Morocco’s palm dates and fossils capital, where we could see the captivating old rocks and know more about the local life. Afterward, we will head to Fes the old city and stop in a Berber village to have a delicious local dish for lunch. We would drive through the stunning changing landscapes and breezy Middle Atlas Mountains, to finally drop you off at your luxurious Hotel in Fes.
