- Chefchaouen - Upon reaching the Blue City, our driver will drop you off at the entrance. You will then have 4 hours to delve into the city’s wonders. Typically, 2 hours would suffice, but you are afforded 4 hours to ensure a leisurely visit. We will commence our return journey 4 hours and 15 minutes after drop-off, where you will find the driver ready to escort you back to Fez, a trip that will take approximately 3 and a half hours.

Cute cityscape - Schauen was a lovely cityscape. There are many stairs. It took about four and a half hours each way from the festival. It's a small city, so you can enjoy it for about two hours.
We had a great time talking to the driver, younes, and thank you very much.

Great value a must do in Fez - This tour would be suitable for a one day trip from Fez. We had really a long day from 8 am till 9pm. The pick up was on time at our hotel and we got dropped off at the blue gate. We had three and half hours at the Chefchaouen to be exact. I would recommend to shorten the stopover times to have the additional half an hour at the town. Also it was a small van so It was not as comfortable as a coach.

Loved the blue city - Anwar was an informative and friendly guide and he drove us carefully. It is a long journey and he made sure we were comfortable. Chefchaouen is definitely worth visiting. We enjoyed the hike up to the Spanish mosque and a good salad at Cafe Clock. The drive included some lovely scenery.

Enjoyable trip - We enjoyed our trip to Chefchaouen from Fes and we are really glad we did the trip. The town is beautiful and we stayed for 4 hours which gave us enough time to see all the things we’d hoped to.
Our driver was very quiet and did not give us any information on the way but the journey was fine and we stopped for comfort breaks. It would have been nice to have some information as we passed through different areas.
It is a very long day and the journey is very long! The minibus was quite a squeeze for my partner and it was full with passengers, but it was comfortable and air conditioned. I would recommend this trip if you are in Fes.

Mostly ok but gave 3 hours instead of 4 - It was mostly as mentioned in the description except that there was no pre trip communication from the company. I had to request their contact number via help just to make sure everything went smoothly near pickup time. They mentioned 4 hours in Chefchaouen but actually only allowed 3 hours. This 25% shorter than expected duration made a big difference and we had to hurry along as time went by quickly. This was disappointing as we decided to book this trip and not use public transport due to 4 hours. I feel they could have cut down on the stops in the middle to allow more time in Chefchaouen.

Day in Chefchaouen - Nice trip - long drive..
Plenty of time in Old Town to explore.
Nice places to have lunch or drink.

Decent travel option but expect delays - They function as a transport service. Don't expect any information/ history of the places.
We were told that we will be picked from the Riad but thankfully we messaged on the morning and were told to come to the blue gate. Best to check on WhatsAppa day earlier where to meet. I tried messaging via tripadvisor but didn't get a response. The tour left on time from Fes.
On the way back, they left without 4 people, only to turn back after traveling 30 minutes to pick them up. Ended up taking 5 hours in total and we got back to Fes at 9:30 pm so it was a very long day.

Irresponsible driver who refused to drop us off to the hotel, and the seatbelt is broken. - 1. The seatbelt is broken and driver said that seatbelt is not compulsory in Morocco. It was very dangerous on the mountain road plus driver drove very fast. We hit the head during the journey though we’ve requested driver to drive more slowly.
2. We booked a four-star hotel which is just 5mins away to the train station, but not on the pickup list. As they said that they can pick up the customer from anywhere, we requested for the hotel pickup, they made it, but when we were back the driver refused to drop us off to the hotel but somewhere we didn’t know (it was already after 9 PM and it was completely dark). He even suggested us to take a taxi. Finally we had a fight with the driver, then the driver spent less than 10 minutes to send us back to the hotel.
3. The driver’s English is very poor. He even doesn’t understand the very basic English.

The worst experience ever - The worst experience ever!!
Disordered pickup service. No message or phone call in advanced. I called the organisers when's the specific pick up time at 7:35 and he suddenly said will be there at 7:50. But when I waited outside, no phone call at all! So they just left me there for 30 mins. In winter I the sun even didn't rise and freaking freezing outside. I tried to make phone call to them, they always said will pick you up soon without asking me my hotel name. How is that possible to answer??
The driver stopped too much, very unnecessary to stop four times for four hours' drive and the last two stops only took 15 mins and driver wanted 30 mins rest??? The driver can only speak French, he asked another French lady to translate for us which is ridiculous. Sometimes we can't get know how long is the rest.
That's why the trip was delayed too long time, we couldn't get back the hotel till 11pm. It was a exhausting trip
