Amazing experience - The hosts were lovely. They explained us everything in so much detail that we were able to take notes and try to make the recipes at home. It was amazing that we did everything, from the peeling to roasting the vegetables that we ate later.

Traditional Moroccan cooking with friendly vibe - Good evening cooking experience with local restaurant owner. Will get to prepare meal hands-on.
Would have preferred a different menu since we were served the same food throughout our 3 day trip from Fez to Morocco.

Excellent experience! - The hosts gave us a warm welcome and showed great pedagogy and immense sympathy. Despite our 0 kitchen bases, we were able to prepare incredibly tasty dishes thanks to their valuable advice. They took the time to show us step by step how to make tagines, while generously sharing their know-how and passion. An unforgettable experience that we highly recommend!

Memory of a lifetime - This was by far one of the best experiences during our time in Morocco. The hosts were so kind and gave us an amazing and fun introduction to the Moroccan cuisine. We will definitely recommend this cooking class to everyone. Also the food was so tasty - we are gonna make it at home next! Thank you so much.

Great course! - Really great course! Lots of information about the country, the traditional dishes and spices! Everything was explained with many details. We felt very comfortable and vegetarian food was also no problem.

Authentic cooking experience - I decided to take a cooking class while in Fes, as I love cooking and I wanted to learn about Moroccan cuisine. I am vegan so I asked for a vegetable option, which Imad and Hanae were happy to organize for me. They both speak very good English, so we could communicate easily. I though I would be with more participants but in the end it was a private class for myself, so great!
We prepared two different salads, which I tried before at local restaurants, and Couscous with vegetables. The class lasted about 2 hours, where I could ask all questions regarding also meat options, spices and we also discussed about culture differences.
While travelling I love to learn about culture from locals so this was the perfect chance. The food was amazing. Definitely recommended if you want to learn how to cook authentic local food.

Really nice family cooking experience - Really nice atmosphere when cooking, steps were very easy to follow and suitable for most levels. Prepared two different Moroccan (cooked) salads and two different Tagines. Everything was delicious
