Seamless - We took a transfer from Fès to Chefchaouen. The whole experience was seamless. The bus was comfortable and air conditioned.

An unforgettable experience - We had a wonderful day in Chefchaouen. Pick-up from our Riad accompanied by Oumaima and Charafa. They are very professional, kind and helpful. They comment on the monuments and tell the history of the Blue city throughout the journey. The driver Hassen is very kind and smiling. It has good handling and remains very vigilant on the road. Once we arrived, we had a super nice local guide, it's a living memory. The guides Oumaima and Charafa are very kind and helpful and very professional. We enjoyed the discussions and had a great atmosphere during the journey. I recommend 1000%

Straightforward way to get to Chefchaouen - Safe and friendly driver. Cost effective and easy way to get from Fez to Chefchaouen. Read that the public bus takes 4-5 hours, this one left earlier compared to first available bus departure (8am vs 9:30am) and we rode in a comfortable sprinter van, arriving around noon.

Good for transfer only (not for day tour) - Good for a transfer only. Prices are fine if you are not a budget traveler. In comparison to CTM, this transfer only sets you back by +EUR8 in return for some service. (Note: CTM would be around EUR14 inclusive of taxi to and from your Riad.) Plus points: - Was nice to have staff meet me along the way from Riad to help me with my luggage. - The complimentary bottled water was a nice gesture. - Ride is smooth and pleasant with good number of stopover breaks. We departed 815am and arrived into the Medina 1215pm. Whereas other travellers on CTM arrived after 1pm. The driver dropped me off at convenient one min walk from my Riad. Downsides - The minibus does not have recliner seats unlike CTM, no WiFi, and the usb ports were not working.

Good transfer - We booked this one-way transfer and actually ended up being assigned to a day tour instead of just a transfer. There were about 12 others on board with us. This was fine as we got there quickly and on time just not as described/expected. They even had someone pick us up at our riad and drive us to the meeting location, which was greatly appreciated.

Made it there to Chefchaueon - Transfer to destination as expected. Drop off location not specified but the guide did arrange to contact hotel/Riad for pick up (have to pay separately for taxi from pick up and tip hotel porter)

No drop-off as promised in Chefchaouen, - Pick-up and transfer were fine, but unlike they promised and is shown on the website, they did not drop me off close to the riad, so I had to take a taxi to get there.
