Great value, jam packed day!! - Our family of 6 did the 7 hour jeep safari and we had such a fun day!! So many activities packed into 7 hours!! The highlights were climbing the waterfall and the buggy safari!! Our tour guide was fantastic and made our day even more enjoyable. The mud bath at the end wasn't quite what we expected but as a family we haven't laughed so much as we did while bathing in the mud!!!

Saklikent well worth a visit. - Unfortunately it wasn’t a jeep, we were taken in a mini bus. Price for Zip line quoted when booking 70TL per person but we were charges 240TL per person. Entrance fee for Saklikent quoted 10TL per person but charged little over 30TL per person.

Horrific customer service - My girlfriend and I did the safari and it was the worst experience of the holiday. Our hotel pickup was 50 minutes late, only arriving after we called the head office 4 times to arrange this. When we arrived at the meet point with the jeeps, we were given no information as to what was in store, and were then subject to three water fights which resulted in us and our belongings getting soaked. The guides and drivers spoke little or no English and gave no information at each point. The lunch provided was substandard, with limited choice contrary to what was advertised - there was no starter and only 2 main options. After the waterfall stop, the jeeps drove off without us on board, which was a distressing experience. We were blamed for this happening by the guides and head office, despite instructions over the return time being incredibly unclear. After calling head office again to arrange a pickup, we were unable to see the canyon at the next stop. We did not pay to do the rafting activity, which resulted in an hour long wait for the next activity, which was the mud bath. We were told that we could swim in a pool in this time if we did not do the rafting, but this turned out to be false as there was no pool at all. After this, we waited another 1.5 hours to be dropped home - during this time most guests were just sat in the jeeps. The head guide was very dismissive of our concerns and the concerns of other guests, refusing to answer our questions, being rude and unhelpful by walking physically away from us. We asked for at least a partial refund given this experience, but this was rejected and we were instead offered a free tour in marmaris in future (an acknowledgement of the poor service we received). We would not recommend this to anybody - it was a terrible day that was completely not as advertised.
