The journey begins with a drive to Lake Inari, Veskoniemi, in a Multivan hybrid. From there, a brief snowmobile ride will take you to a nearby island. You can choose to travel comfortably in a sleigh or walk along the sledge track for some exercise.

An experienced local guide will provide instructions for ice fishing. Each participant will receive a fishing rod and can begin fishing in authentic Lappish style, using either a worm or a maggot as bait.

After fishing, sausages will be fried, and warm juice and coffee will be enjoyed by the fire. This is a wonderful experience, even if no fish are caught!
