Discovering the Enchantment of Schist Villages

Our journey began with a scenic drive from Lisbon to the quaint village of Casal de São Simão. As we approached, the landscape transformed into a picturesque scene reminiscent of a storybook. We explored the intricate Manueline window tracery and the Charola, which served as the Templar’s oratory.
