Wonderful Peninsula Spring Tour with an Engaging Guide - Matt - Matt is our driver and tour guide. He is very friendly and adept at engaging us in lively conversations throughout the trip. The tour was highly relaxing, with many picturesque views for us to photograph. We were blessed with excellent weather that allowed us to fully appreciate the stunning skylines and oceanscapes. The Peninsula Spring tour is definitely an easy and enjoyable outing to sign up for.

Gorgeous day at hot water springs! - Had an amazing experience going on the Hot water springs tour with Gina! She went out of her way to make this day a really great one, giving us some very interesting facts about Melbourne and Australia as well as about the places we were headed to (she’s a great storyteller!), always being very happy to take photos and enriching the experience with some wildlife viewing on our way back!
Gina also very kindly lent me her powerbank when I needed to charge my phone! I was surprised to learn she was new to tour guiding because she’s done a fantastic job, again thank you so much for everything Gina!!

Absolutely great tour guide and tour - Our tour guide Shawn is really nice guy and let us know many about the city and information about Australia. Hot spring are absolutely perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend to come here and join this tour!

Awesome experience at Peninsular hot springs and beach boxes day tour - Our tour guide, Shaun, a talented photographer as well as an interesting person proactively introduced the history and story of the beach boxes. Shaun was super helpful. Shaun’s tour is highly recommended. The Peninsular hot springs was relaxing. We spent a great time there.

Amazing tour guide!! - Our couch’s name was Gina!! & she was amazing! Explained everything to us, nothing was too much for her! Beautiful lady!! The journey was fantastic and the destination was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone

LUSH RELAXING DAY - Margaret was amazing! She was such a delight, so helpful and made the tour easy beeezy.
The hot springs were LUSH, I felt pampered and relaxed.
The look out was so pretty, such a great day for it, clear blue skies and sun out.
The beach boxes were so cute and such a nice last stop.
All round such a great relaxing and cute day! Would definitely recommend others to give it a go.
Thanks again to our guide Margaret making sure we got dropped off at the most convenient spot for the rest of our day.

Springs were great Julia guide great very well organised informative. Stop offs along the way weren’t much to see - Julia was very friendly approachable and informative as a driver. The springs were amazing. The springs themselves should have some heated drying racks for robes though! As half way through the day they are soaking and cold. But regarding the bus trip itself the stop offs on the way and home weren’t spectacular but aslong as you’re mainly just going for transport to the hot springs it’s great. We got about 4.5 hrs at the hot springs which was great and it was very well organised.

Disappointed with customer services - Unfortunately our flight got cancelled and I was really disappointed to hear that there are no policy for situations like this to at least refund the amount that has been paid for transportation as the hot spring tickets only worth max. $150 for two people, and we paid $370 it would've been great to get at least half of our money refunded as the flight cancellation was absolutely out of our control, we even offered to reschedule for another time and the gentleman from the team said he will look into it and let us know on the same day, we emailed the team to get an update but we didn't receive any phone calls or email...
This was not the customer service we expected from tripadvisor and we still hope someone from the team call us and help us with this matter and solve the problem...
