• Lapland - The operator will pick up participants from their accommodation or a designated pick-up point.

Once all participants have joined the tour, the operator will provide an explanation of the Aurora Borealis, including what it is, how it forms, how to interpret solar wind data, and the planned destination.

The operator will guide participants to the optimal locations for viewing the Aurora Borealis. The travel time can range from 30 minutes to 4 hours, depending on the conditions of the night.

• The operator may pause the journey occasionally to assess the conditions.

Upon finding an ideal spot for viewing the Aurora Borealis, or when it becomes visible, the operator will stop the vehicle. As the camera is set up, the photography session will commence.

• If necessary, the viewing location may be changed one or more times during the tour.

At the conclusion of the tour, the operator will return to Rovaniemi and drop off participants at their accommodation or chosen drop-off point.

The following day, participants will receive a link to access the photos and videos in the highest quality.

The tour typically lasts about 6 hours. If a longer distance is needed, the tour may extend up to 9 hours. The start time is weather-dependent and can be any time between 17:00-22:00.
