Santorini thru Markis - Nothing about Santorini disappoints, not the views, food or people - we opted for a private tour of the island and nailed the best there is - Markis!!! He is as personable and passionate and knowledgeable about his home sharing all the history Santorini with pride. Guiding us from the southern most point Akrotiri Lighthouse , parts of Oia, red , white and black beaches , pointed out the churches … Imerovigli. He knows it all - down to a sweet winery Santos - if you want to see the island and fall in love over and over with each bit of history and sight book Markis

Perfect. 10 Stars - MARKIS is the Perfect Guide if you want a Tour from a Local who knows the Island and Is Proud of Santorini Them Markis is your guy, and most guides were charging Double the cost per person. He will give you the History of the island. He took us to a winery for tasting and everybody on the staff Knew Markis. Highly Recommend. And will definitely be calling Markis from now on when we visit.

Great - Fab half day trip with a lovely local, who has a genuine passion for the island and what he does. The sights we saw were great, we got lots of information as we travelled around the island and the van was very clean and comfortable. Water was also provided. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a private tour.

An amazing day in Santorini - This is only my second review in TripAdvisor, I really needed to do this one, Makis was just special , professional, as passionate as you could expect from a real local guide proud of the island he was born and grew up, his knowledge of details of the history of the island are probably unmatchable, he offered the possibility of customizing our tour based on our interests and recommended places that we have to go back to, half way through the day and visiting the Black Beach he took us to a restaurant where we had the best fish we have ever had, he handpicked the waiter, the fish, and made it a great experience, and the end of the tour we went to a winery, a special one and did some wine tasting, am excellent experience!!! We already gave his contact info to a friend of us that plans to be here in the next month and we will definitely be back and ask for him to be our guide.

Great communication - I actually missed the tour due to being ill, but the guide contacted me repeatedly to see how I was doing and to offer to reschedule me if possible. 5 stars for being a great person.

Fabulous specialised tour of Santorini - Markis is amazing! His knowledge and passion are so obvious and he planned our trip so that we fit an unbelievable amt into 4 hours. We’ll be recommending him to all of our friends who travel to Santorini as well as to our travel agent.
