A Fantastic Day in the Rain Forest! - We had a fantastic day full of fun, humor and lots of information. Raoul and Victor you are the best. The walk in the forest is a bit tough but so worth it. If we come to Gran Canaria again, we will immediately book a trip by Climbo again.

Another great tour with Climbo - Another great tour with Climbo (see separate review on the Volcano Heart tour). I booked this tour via Tripadvisor after looking for something to do on the island that got me immersed in the local culture, nature and meant I could learn more about Gran Canaria as I’d not visited before. Exceptional customer contact and service from Ana prior to the tour. I was kept informed every step of the way via Tripadvisor messages and WhatsApp. TIP: share your number with Climbo when booking as this was invaluable for them keeping in touch. Pick up and drop off times at my hotel were on time. TIP: if your hotel isn’t on the list of pick up options, just message Climbo and they’ll sort it out for you. Raul and Victor were our guides and they were so friendly, knowledgeable, caring and funny. First stop in Fargos was lovely, had a coffee and a pastry then learnt some history about the Canaries before stopping to take some pictures from a great vantage point. We then went on the rainforest hike which was great fun and I learnt some interesting info along the way. Lunch was our next stop and it was delicious and a great opportunity to socialise with everyone from the tour. There was a lot of history shared here too by Victor. Finally we hit the rock pools of Arucas. Please be cautious here of the slippery rocks and it’s best to walk out on one of the jetty’s to access the water from there as you can avoid walking across the rocks. Overall a great, full day out which I’d highly recommend and thank you to Ana, Raul and Victor for making it so wonderful 🙏🏻💜

Just remember to bring comfortable walking shoes and a jacket. You definitely need to do this tour when you’re in Gran Canaria.

Surprisingly adventurous - This tour is really great. Victor took you to the most beautiful places in the rainforest. Then had a nice lunch in an eco farm. Tasted delicious cheese and fruit. Received an interesting explanation about the cultivation of bananas and avocados. Concluded with a refreshing dip in the natural pools.
