Everyday there are trips from the villages of Trou d’Eau Douce and GRSE to the river and the waterfall. - Ile Aux Cerfs - Ile aux Cerfs is a picturesque island spread over 87 hectares of untouched land off the east coast of Mauritius. It is famous for its white sandy beaches, its turquoise lagoons and for the wide range of restaurants, water sports and land activities on offer.

First, you’ll visit the GRSE waterfall, a unique and breathtaking sight located in the east of the island, where you may also encounter wild monkeys.

Next, you’ll head to Margenie Island for a delicious BBQ lunch, followed by 2-3 hours of leisure time on Ile aux Cerfs island.

There, you can sunbathe or explore various attractions, including craft shops, bars, and both sea and land activities.

On the return journey, you’ll have the opportunity to snorkel at a beautiful and unique spot in the east lagoon.
