Alright - A very nice visit with lots of explanations for adults and adults alike. Visit to the chocolate manufacturing premises with the possibility of tasting many different ranges. Very large souvenir shop with very affordable prices. It's a very good activity to do with children, we had a great time.

Always my pleasure - Beautiful, lovingly designed variety! We took advantage of a rainy day during the holidays to go on another trip. It was a wonderful, imaginative 1.5 hours! Children happy, what more could you want! Great team, delicious chocolate, varied design... Thank you ❤️

Well done - We were there with our two kids. Very nicely designed. We learned a lot about chocolate and were able to try a lot of things. With the combination ticket we then went to the cheese dairy in Appenzell.

sweet experience - very nice and interestingly designed tour. In the cafe, it's no problem that it's self-service. It has a nice selection. But with such a clean house it would also be nice if the tables were cleaned.

Things to do if you are in the area - The museum is relatively small and everything is understandable if you speak German or English. However, some machines were broken and this prevented the magic from working in certain rooms. The chocolate is delicious and the samples available are delicious

Interesting - It was interesting to see the process explained. We did not see the actual chocolate being made, only being wrapped. One of the wrapping machines was malfunctioning, and it was interesting to see the number of people who were trying to figure out what was happening! We could taste as much chocolate as we wanted - from the fountains and also wrapped chocolate. We went here because it was in the area where we wanted to see other things. I think some other chocolate factory may have been more interesting. The regular chocolate was not the best tasting, but the premium was good!

Nice visit, only if you're in the area, mostly for German speakers, mediocre choclate - We visited on a Saturday - bad idea, as the factory itself is closed. My fault, of course, I just didn't realize how much this would affect the overall enjoyment. Visitor center is nice, but suitable either for German speaking children or for adults. It was very difficult to translate the ideas to my 4 year old... several tasting options but not all were restocked so a little bit missing, what we did try was mediocre. Lots of Instagramable options. Globi game impossible for non German speakers, so I have no idea if fun. All kids LOVED the chocolate bar preparation at the end, which costs an additional 10chs per bar. Overall, only if you're in the area...

Misleading - Unfortunately, we found the information misleading and went to the main Lindt Chocolate factory in Zürich then had to buy new tickets. We did not attend the tour listed.
