Amazing Italian cooking class! - We loved our cooking class! The chef was very knowledgeable and he taught us how to prepare a four course meal that was amazing! We were a little nervous because we read reviews about other cooking classes that weren’t very clean, but the chef had everyone wash their hands multiple times and kept everything very hygienic. The class had air conditioning too. We highly recommend this class!

NOT A COOKING CLASS - My entire involvement in cooking was the chopping of garlic, so by that token alone it is not a cooking class. There were almost 30 people in our class - way more than expected. Everything was rushed and shouted - really impossible to learn anything. What this really is is $90 for an extremely mediocre dinner you will observe being cooked. The recipes are not very good either. The "Tiramisu" was made with brandy? and given an hour to set - the result was a mess. What they called a "souffle" was no such thing. The "main" of chicken contained the cheapest olives known to man and lacked seasoning and was served on its own on a side plate. This is nothing but a money grab.
