Incredible cooking experience in the hills of Tuscany. - Incredible cooking experience in the hills of Tuscany. This was the highlight of our trip. Stefano and his mother were so fun, made the 4 hours fly by. We made gnocchi and ravioli which were some of the best things we ate during the entire trip to Italy. Several people in our group had already done this experience and now I understand why they came back a second time. 100% would do again.

Highly recommend - I don’t have enough great things to say about this experience. Stefan and his mother were wonderful! Transportation was easy and taken care of with a short drive outside of downtown Florence. Lots of wine and the food we made was incredible! I recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Florence!

A wonderful experience - This activity exceeded my expectations. The setting was amazing both in the early evening, at sunset and in the later hours. The hosts were all very welcoming and fun to interact with. They were able to take 17 people of 3 parties traveling together and make it one big party of friends. We started with an aperitivo and snacks in the garden and meet the others on the group. They taught us how to make bruschetta, tomato sauce and sage butter sauce as well as potato gnocchi and pasta. We made ravioli and spaghetti. All the while Prosecco flowed generously. No glass was allowed to be empty. Our pasta was then cooked and we ate, bruschetta then one pasta after another. We finished our meal off with 2 sweet types of fruit tarts and lemoncello. Can’t wait to make pasta at home. A wonderful experience. Don’t miss it.

Enjoy a Wonderful afternoon learning how to make traditional Italian recipes. - Stefano and his mother, Daniela, were excellent hosts and instructors for this class which was set in their back yard villa just outside of Florence and overlooking the rolling hills and city. The demonstrations as to how to make and prepare each dish was followed up by personal instructions by both as they visited and assisted and complimented each student in the class as they prepared the different traditional Italian dishes/recipes. It was a very fun and educational afternoon with the other couples who attended the class with Stefano and his mother where we all learned how to make traditional Italian recipes and then enjoy them afterwards once they were cooked with complimentary wine. Make sure that your email is provided as Stefano will send you the recipes for the dishes that you made.

Cancelled last minute, only a few hours prior to our booking departure. Not impressed!! - Terrible, our class was cancelled on the morning of without any explanation. My partner & I were getting ready as we did pickup from our hotel, when we went on our booking it said cancelled. We tried contacting customer service to find out why, and no answer. Pretty disappointing especially when you planned your whole day around it. We managed to book another tour last minute that was within the city, but we were looking forward to seeing the Tuscan hills, and all these high ratings made us pick it (considering we purchased it 4 months in advanced). Since this was in partnership with Viator, you actually can’t do reviews on Viator bookings if it has been cancelled, so makes sense as to why it has high ratings on there. Really disappointing
