  • Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore - Enter the Cathedral from a separate entrance for small groups.
In the company of your expert guide, learn about the Cathedral and its construction through the centuries and how it came to be the center of Florence’s religious life. Benefit from your guide’s knowledge and understand Duomo’s relationship with the rest of the magnificent buildings in the square.
  • The Baptistery of St. John - See the Baptistry famous with its famous golden doors, all located right in front of the cathedral Santa Maria Del Fiore. We organize pre-reserved tickets for you to climb Brunelleschi’s famous dome in the Cathedral of Florence.

A visit to the cupola (Italian for “dome”) is a must-do. The only way to see the dome’s extraordinary frescoes up close and enjoy the views over Florence is to climb up all of its 463 steps.

Explore the celebrated cathedral of Florence and take in its magnificence

Take advantage of the Brunelleschi Pass to tour the Baptistery, Museum, and Giotto’s bell tower.

  • Individuals wearing sleeveless shirts and shorts above knees are not allowed inside the cathedral
  • The Cathedral of Florence is an “operating” church and it can be closed to visitors for any liturgical reason, even without warning (for the funeral of a Bishop, for example)
  • Consider adding buffer time before your next tour, because the Cupola climb may take longer than expected

  • Please note that backpacks of any size or dimension, and any bag designed to be worn on the back, are not allowed.
  • Florence can be very warm in the summer. Please be advised that this tour includes portions that are outside and could be in the full sun. Please bring a hat, small umbrella, or sunscreen if you are sensitive to the sun.

A great tour! - A great tour with a fabulous guide. Only downside - it is a little rushed in the Cathedral. There wasn't time to go down into the crypt and if you want to maximise your time in the City, we didn't want to have to go back, as there was so much to see elsewhere. The climb is tough - take plenty of hand sanitiser :)

Great tour even in the heat. - The climb was intense and a little close. It was surprisingly not hot even though it was over 90 degrees F outside. It was a beautiful view, although you are not allowed to stay out there very long. Our guide Giada was wonderful and her knowledge of David and other sculptures was very impressive.

The Academy and Statute of David were breathtaking. Our guide Andrea gave us somuch detail of history as a story and easy to absorb narrative that we were all mesmerized by history. The climb tour of Duomo was amazing, the architecture, engineering and the view at tge top were awe inspiring. Highly recommend for families. Our kids were complaining at tge beginning but then they were amazed by the stairs and the hallways and the view. A must do in Florence.

Great tour to see the high points of Florence! - Amazing tour! Giada was our tour guide and she is a Florence local so she knew a lot about the history of the city and all of the sights we walked by, the art we saw- Michelangelo’s David, and had amazing recommendations for what to do the rest of our trip. She moved at a great pace for the tour so we got to see everything but didn’t feel too slow or rushed. And the tickets are valid for 72 hours after so you can go back to see the churches or climb the bell tower etc.

Great guide - Good tour and excellent guide. Jada made the sites so much more interesting with the back stories. The skip the line for the duomo climb was essential.

Not worth it! - I’m still waiting for it Scam. What was advertised to see in the tour, was not shown. We were however, shown the locations of spots, but told to follow up ourselves the next day, as tickets were valid only for 72 hrs. Not a detailed tour as we expected, only shown a quick museum tour if “David Statue” and “Dome Climb” Very disappointed and definitely not worth the money paid
