The academy shuts its doors at 6:15PM. Guests are welcome to remain in the museum for as long as they desire. For instance, if your reservation is for 9:00 AM, you must pick up your tickets and enter at that time, but you’re free to explore until the museum closes. The same applies if you book for 12:00 PM: collect and enter at noon. Tickets reserved for a specific time cannot be used to enter at a different time.
On your selected date and time, our Assistant will meet you outside the museum to hand over your fast-track entry ticket and provide all the necessary details for your independent tour.

Given the relative narrowness of the museum’s spaces and the large turnout, long lines of tourists waiting to enter, outside, are the order of the day. Even if you manage to get an access ticket with a reservation is sometimes extremely difficult, that’s why we have activated the Fast-Track-Ticket service with Host for the Academy, in order to ensure an immediate entrance.
