Skip the line indeed! - Excellent experience - everything took place as advertised. Excellent communication prior to the tour. Easy process at gathering point. Swift entry to the gallery during a peak period. Exceptional guide and teacher. Highly recommend if you want to skip the queue!

Worth every euro! - Great way to skip the lines to get in, see the museum and then get out. We chose the non-guided tour. Easy to find even in the crowds. Highly recommend!

Magnificent David! - Seeing David in-person is simply amazing! It honestly is so much more amazing than one ever could anticipate. The skip the line ticket was perfect as we were on a schedule with a train to catch. This was a great way to have enough time to enjoy and still make the train.

Definitely skip the line to avoid long queues - It is definitely worth paying for a skip the line ticket if you don’t like standing in long queues. Clear and easy collection of the entry ticket upon presentation of my online voucher at the designated meeting point opposite the museum’s entry 10 minutes before my stated entry time. I was inside a couple of minutes later.

DON’T buy these. - This was a scam. We got to the meeting point a little early, as instructed. Were put in a group with 8 other people and placed in a line. We were told it would be an hour to get in. After waiting in line for awhile, one of the gallery workers asked to see our tickets, told us we were not in the right area, and said we’d have to get in another line which would be another 2-3 hours to get in. We were not able to get in with this pass. DO NOT use this company to see the David. You’ll regret it.

Worth Zero Stars - Paid $71 (65 euros) for " fast track" tickets at 4 pm. Showed up early as directed and were given tickets worth 40 euros for a 245-3 pm time slot and was told we needed to queue like everyone else. The line was 5 blocks long and it was pouring rain. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau upon my return. Horrible experience!

Skip the Line Along With 100s of People. - We booked 12:00 pm months ago, we got a notice of a change to 2:00 pm. We arrived at 1:50 pm and were told the 2:00 pm line had not yet formed, and the 1:30 line was still over one hour long. Hundreds of people waiting to get in.

Changed times with no confirmation - Emailed two weeks previous to ask if they could change the time, I said yes and then heard nothing else from them, they didn't confirm the new time or update the app so we turned up at the original time as we didn't want to miss the booking. Apparently all the tickets for the morning were cancelled so I asked for a refund, as we had made other plans for the afternoon and we were just going to stand in the normal queue. The second I requested a refund, they were miraculously able to produce two tickets for the correct time. Wouldn't use them again.
