Skip the Line made it better - Exhibits were amazing. Skip the line was definitely a plus since over 100 people were in line during a 96 degree hot day.

Back Alley Deal to see and Amazing Work of Art - The Accademia is a great museum and the David is amazing. If there is only one thing you can see in Florence it should be David! However, getting the Skip-The-Line tickets seemed like a back alley deal. You meet at a certain place with other tourists. A guy with slicked back hair and sunglasses shows up and asks for your name and checks you off his list. Then he takes all of you to the groups line, hands you a ticket, and leaves. But you do indeed skip the other long line and that’s what you pay for I guess.

Worth it to skip the line! - Glad we got the tickets to skip the line! Instructions were clear and the guides were there on time. We were delayed by part of the group arriving late.
We had our own audio tour, so once we were in we were on our own. Glad for the quick access!

Wonderful - The David is amazing but there are other beautiful statues by Michaelangelo too, the slaves, which are profound and stir the emotions. There are also many beautiful works by other artists.

Our visit to L’Accademia - I was glad we got our tickets ahead of time, the lines to get in were immensely long. I loved looking at all the art and paintings and especially seeing the David statue live.

Easy Access - Appreciated being able to skip the line. Definitely worth the extra money, especially if you go later in the day,
when lines are longer. Good directions and clear meeting point to gain tickets.

More expensive, but great for a last minute reservation. - These tickets were about twice the price of a normal reservation, (still reasonable) but reservations directly through the academia were sold out for that date. Otherwise we would have had to wait in the normal line in 95 degree sun for who knows how long. Well worth it.

Troublesome - The visit was fine. The exchange of voucher for tickets so unbelievably cumbersome and unreliable. We stood for more than 30 minutes for someone to even come and validate our vouchers. It was completely unprofessional, helter-skelter, we barely got in because it was long past our time to enter when he finally showed up. The heat was unbearable, and the redemption unreliable to the max. Will never book through Viator again,

Verry bad experience - I was told there would be no line. There was a line. I was told to return the tickets and request a refund which I did. And subsequently my refund was denied. So I was misled and paid for something I did not receive. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
