Saw DAVID with no wait - Easy to find the person at the specified entrance. They handed us a photocopy of tickets that were to enter between 1545-1600 (even though we reserved at 1630) but then we were able to enter immediately and walked straight to see the statue of David. Not a fancy operation but it was straight forward and legit! Would use again!

Wonderful experience - This was an amazing experience that continued to highlight our Rome vacation. The detailed works of art are incredible and viewing the statue of David was breathtaking. We were overwhelmed by the crowds but the museum workers were helpful. A tour employee even called us to get our location and give us directions. We were very impressed! Thank you.

Excellent service! - Excellent service. Great directions for pick up, and since we were a bit early, they were able to get us in before our scheduled entry time. Highly recommend. Great value for self guided, skip the line tickets!

Highly recommended! - This was my first time using Viator and was a little apprehensive but I am completely sold. Our guide (Romeo) answered my messages before meeting, called me an hour before, met us exactly where he said and got us inside to see David in 5 minutes (no queues, no hassle, knew everybody at the museum). We were extremely happy with our experience with him, especially as there was no availability on the Accademia webpage for weeks. Highly recommended!

Two thumbs up - We were late for meeting time but the staff guided us to the entrance of the gallery. We don't have to wait on the line as promised. Later I checked my phone, they were trying to contact me through WhatsApp multiple times. I really appreciate their time and effort. Thank you Viator team!!!

Great service, easy use - We had a great experience! The tickets got us right in with very little waiting and it was lovely. We were running a few minutes behind and our ticket holder waited on us to get there so we wouldn’t miss our entrance. He was so kind!

The rep with the tickets... - The rep with the tickets was very hard to find- almost impossible. I was about to walk away when I asked someone who was directing crowds if they knew the operators . He directed me to a doorway amongst the hundreds of people. Once we met the company rep it was easy, reasonably quick entry given the enormous crowds. The rep needs to have a flag or something that is easy to recognise.

Skip the Line Not Guaranteed - Arrived at meeting point 20 minutes early. guide was not in the location described in email or holding the sign with company name as described. Had to call guide to find him 10minutes before scheduled ticket entrance time only for him to inform us that “there was a glitch in the system and they don’t have tickets for us” and would need to refund us, for the time we scheduled weeks in advance for. He said “no one” had tickets because of this glitch and the line for general admission was now 3.5 hrs long(the museum closed in 2 hours). However he said he would “call us” if he got tickets and to “stay nearby” for an undetermined amount of time. We had a 4:30 reservation time and planned our entire day activities around this. There was zero communication through Viator about no tickets being available before our scheduled time, if they had been honest earlier, we would have been able to stand in the general admission line and be able to get in before the museum closed. We gave up and walked away figuring that he told the same thing to everybody and they we would not get a call, and be refunded. Shockingly he did call us about 20 minutes later saying he had tickets, we returned and were able to collect them from the guide, however it was clear he had made some kind of trade with other scammers with presale tickets who had tickets someone else did not show up for. We were given tickets listed for 4:30 pm enterance at 4:50 pm. Luckily we were able to still visit the museum but the headache and frustration of this Viator experience to skip the line was ridiculous and a scam.
