It worked, check official site first - It worked. Found the meeting point quite easily, and got into the Accademia Gallery. Make sure to check the official site for availability first, as tickets will be cheaper. This is a great option IF the official tickets are out of stock.

Bucket list ✔️ Did not disappoint! - I’m so grateful we were able to get this tour in our schedule! Super interesting. Lots of great historical insights. Wonderful tour guide. The Accademia ( & the David!) did not disappoint! A bucket list item for me, and I’d gladly go again.

Great visit - The Accademia was easy to enter and easy to go from room to room. David, of course, was one of the main statues of interest and he did not disappoint. The detail of his features, especially his hands, was unbelievable.

Accedemia Gallery - The statue of David is a must see in Florence. The entire museum is quite a sensory experience. Getting an advance "skip the line" ticket was helpful because even at 9:00am, crowds were present.

Unforgettable Art! - Beauty of the paintings, David, sculptures were awe-inspiring and never to be forgotten. We especially appreciated the organization that allowed us relatively fast entry ahead of the hordes.

Hard to find but decent line - Beyond difficult to find the tour guide to get our tickets we walked around for twenty minutes trying to find the man in the blue coat.

Don’t USE Third Party ticket buyer - Please don't buy tickets via third parties. What the third party groups do is purchase tickets, tell you to meet in the square nearby, they give you a printed copy. This person who gives you the ticket is the ‘host’. I misunderstood as I thought this would be the English speaking host that takes me around museum. I paid 30 Euros to receive what I thought was an English speaking ‘host’. I could have purchased a reserved place via the offical website. I thought I was on offical site as the ‘Headout’ site had all the correct logos. (see photo for Headout logo) The museum is not as large as I thought and honestly if it’s only David you want to see, see the replica in the square, Piazza della Signoria (Duomo Square), just opposite the Palazzo Vecchio (Old Palace). I did not have photo ID so couldn’t purchase the audio guide either. (Not a big miss-descriptions are in English) Staff at the Museum were quite rude as I was asking for help. I advise them be kind to tourists.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING BY THIS SITE - The Academy Gallery is wonderful, the David, imposing. Tripadvisor is deceptive, they post one price and charge you another. They do not provide accurate information about the delivery of tickets. NOT RECOMMENDED to buy here
