Statue of David - Experience was seamless for our tickets. The viewing of David’s statue was breathtaking

No frills timed entry, skip the line & hassle free way to visit the Academia. - Great option for a skip the line, self guided experience at the Academia. Earlier entry was perfect to avoid the crowds and get the most of our short time in Florence.

Great art museum! - The gallery is small, bur jampacked with religious iconography. If you want to see that and, of course the David, then this museum is for you! Tickets are absolutely worth it, we didn't have to wait in line at al, walked right passed it.

Definitely a skip the line ticket worth getting! - Was a skip the line ticket which helped us avoid the long line of people waiting to enter. I was a little worried initially since half of the tickets given to us at the meeting point were for slightly earlier times than we had registered for (so I was worried they were not going to let us enter the facility since that time had passed.) The other two tickets were for the correct time. They let us in without issue.

The process was smooth.... - The process was smooth. It was easy to find the company representative and to get the entry tickets. The skip the lone feature was nice because the line was long on the day we went. We enjoyed the Academia Gallery very much.

Amazing experience in this fantastic city - Great experience in this fabulous museum, the entrance was faster and on time, but as almost always there is a spot in this process, in this event we were attended by two guys, a man and a woman, but the girl was not friendly and mean with us, but removing that little success our experience in this museum y all process was amazing thanks

David needs a proper home - Too bad the infamous David, which was on my bucket list, doesn’t get moved to a proper museum. It’s really the only thing worth seeing in the Galleria Academia after all the waiting and standing. Of course it is a masterpiece.

Very unfortunate experience - The so called host where one is supposed to redeem the voucher is just a random guy in civilian clothes that one is supposed to recognize in big crowds of tourists. Then visitor customer service blames you for no show saying I should have called them. Chat bot is down half the time tho. Kinda a ripoff! Personal recommendation: book at the official site from Florence city! Everything what viator claimed was priority access is nothing special and comes anyway with the ticket. They are perfectly clocked!
