Our favorite tour! - Our guide was excellent! She explained all so well and was clearly passionate about her city. We felt included as if we were part its history. She presented a mix of knowledge and warmth for us as visitors. We took 4 tours while in Florence, but this walking tour was our favorite. Thank you for sharing your beautiful city with us and making us feel at home.

Informative welcome to Florence. - My guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. As there were only two of us on the tour she conducted the tour at my speed. I would highly recommend this tour as an introduction to Florence

Eh. Just ok - Our guide was very soft spoken and hard to understand. There wasn’t much charisma or excitement leaving our kids somewhat disengaged.

Don’t buy this guided tour! - The tour was only 45 minutes whereas it was advertised as being one hour
The tour guide was pleasant but failed to really engage with the audience and spoke too fast.
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a guided tour

Do not buy this experience - Our guide never showed up. We also were not able to contact them at all. We were contacted late that they were at the meeting point and they couldnt find us which was funny because we had been waiting at the meeting point for over 25minutes. I had received no calls, texts, or emails from them. I requested a refund because of this.
