Great access to the Cathedral complex! - These tickets worked great for us. It gave us access to all of the places in the Cathedral complex to be used anytime over a 48 hour period. It also gave us timed tickets for climbing the dome. The representative also gave us hints to avoid lines, which worked great. We were on our own, without a tour guide, which we liked because we could go at our own pace and at different times of the day. The price was appropriate especially considering we ordered them late. Would definitely recommend!

The Dome and Cathedral Complex - A long climb to the top of the Dome but well worth it. You get a full 360 view of Florence once you get to the top. Our ticket also gave us access to the Campanile Tower. Another hard climb to the top but it gives you a great view of the Dome. Please note there is safety mesh all the way round which made it difficult to take pictures. We also went into the Baptistry but there was scaffolding in the centre all the way up to the top which partially blocked the view of the impressive art work on the ceiling. The crypt and the inside of the Cathedral are also impressive and worth visiting. Book your visit well in advance, especially if you want to climb the Dome, as it is very popular.

Worth the Workout - It was a great experience but definitely be prepared for the workout going up the almost 500 steep stairs. The view was beautiful at the top! We only had to wait 20 mins which I hear is not typical. I arrived at 4:55 for a 5:15. It was hot (manageable) but we took turns walking to the shade.

Great time saver - This company made it so easy to purchase tickets ahead of time, which was a great time saver on the day of our trip (did not have to wait in long lines), and really made the entire day go smoothly. Having a ticket for a specific time to climb the steps of the Duomo made it easy to plan our visits to the other museums and sights to see. This company was easy to deal with, did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Everything was handled electronically. I did not have to worry about trying to connect with someone in-person to get the tickets. I highly recommend this company.

Great but entrance confusing - Very nice views from the dome. Beautiful chapel. Only negative was that the lines to the dome were very confusing as the cathedral line and the dome line mixed and we almost missed our time slot.

Wonderful Experience at Basilica not with tickets - I would have rated this a five but the ticket process was a mess. We believe that that was due to a system change. It caused anxiety! In the past the tour had a person that handed you your tickets at the door but they are moving to an on line system and even Trip advisor didn’t know that when we called. Our tickets came through What’s app at 1am. Thankfully we have that app! Also, if you are afraid of heights or claustrophobic, this is not your tour! The views were extraordinary from the dome, the crypt was very well done, and the basilica was stunning.
