Founded in the 1700s by the Peruzzi family, the estate was later acquired by the Lottero family from Genoa. They undertook significant restoration, replanting vineyards and olive groves, and refurbishing the villas. Today, it remains a classic Tuscan family-run business, aligning all practices with nature. As the first winery in Chianti Rufina to embrace organic production, they produce wine, olive oil, wheat, fruits, and vegetables, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern biodynamic techniques. A centuries-old cedar of Lebanon, symbolizing strength and longevity, stands proudly on the estate, along with a restored 19th-century windmill, enhancing the winery’s historic charm. Guests will enjoy lunch and a wine tasting on the terrace of the farm’s restaurant, overlooking the stunning Tuscan landscape.

Tenuta di Bossi - Since 1992, the Lippi and Santoni families have been committed to producing wine and oil, with full respect for nature and the land. Always organic, both the wines and the oil have been certified since 1999.
They are situated between 300 and 500 meters, where the climatic characteristics of the Chianti Rufina area are extreme. Here, artisan wines are crafted, followed from the vineyard to the cellar to the bottle.
Significant archaeological finds indicate vine cultivation on this soil dating back to the Etruscan era.
This winery is always full of surprises. The craftsmanship follows the nature and inclinations of the highest Chianti Rufina. Walking always with the tradition of Sangiovese, over time it has been enriched by fortunate encounters between the earth and a selection of classical vine varieties. Not forgetting the olive groves that grow alongside the vineyards. - Florence - The guide for the day will return guests to their pick-up location in Florence.
