Highly recommend! - We had a wonderful time. The wine was really good & the views were so beautiful. In addition to the 2 wineries we made a stop at an incredible castle at sunset where we got amazing pictures. There was also some cute shops to buy souvenirs. The dinner was delicious & everyone was so friendly. The experience exceeded my expectations!

Vineyards, views & vibes! - I had a wonderful half-day experience as a solo traveller, learning about and tasting wines in the Chianti region and beyond, as well as tasting olive oil and balsamic, with views to match. It was great to have such a friendly, accommodating and informative guide, we had a lovely group and I am going home with some lovely memories.

Such a fun experience! - We loved this! This tour was the easiest to locate that was experienced in Italy. They had signs and wore bright colors so we could easily find them. We rode in a nice mini bus with beautiful views of Tuscany. Many windy roads around the mountains, so if you get car sick, take nausea meds. The first winery provided a cellar tour, 1 white and 2 reds, as well as 1 piece of bread, 1 piece of salami, and 1 piece of cheese per person. Then we stopped in Greve which is a really cute town with little shops and restaurants. Our stop was 40 minutes. The last stop was at a beautiful vineyard where we had 2 whites, 5 reds, a 3 course meal, as well as olive oil and balsamic tastings. The meal was in a room downstairs, not in the vineyard, but it was cold out so that may be why. The meal was so good and fun to try everything. They also provided biscotti in the end and the option to buy bottles. All the hosts were knowledgeable and we really enjoyed it. We’re not fancy wine drinkers so the level of detail was good for us. We definitely recommend!

Recommend this great little tour! - Took the exclusive wine tasting & dinner tour to Chianti vineyard. Our guide Judy was awesome! Both wine tastings were terrific. Dinner was wonderful. Reasonably priced and just the right length of time.

Great trip and Wine Tour! - Great experience even in the rain. Our guide wasn’t the best. She was pretty quiet and only talked in the beginning. I would have liked to hear more of the history while we traveled. We took other winery tours on our holiday, but this by far was the best quality. Great explanation of the wine. Fantastic food with many courses including antipasta, cheese and balsamic, lasagna, then the main course of chicken and lamb. The wine just kept coming. I would do this again if I had the chance. Well worth the money.

A memorable tour that gives you a little bit of everything - A wonderful way to see the region, taste the food, and savor Italian wines. Imagine exploring the Tuscany region with an expert guide, a driver, and maybe a dozen or so new friends. On this tour we we were able to stop a few times for pictures of the gorgeous Tuscany landscape, had a short stop in a small village to explore the shops, visited two distinctly different wineries, and finish it off with an amazing dinner. It was truly a memorable experience. Highly recommend this tour as a way to see a little bit of everything.

Wonderful Wineries - What a great afternoon! Two beautiful wineries and a delicious dinner in a beautiful setting! And of course a quick stop in Greve. Our guide Ginaio, I hope I spelt that almost right, was wonderful! Just enough information about the area without overwhelming us. He kept us throughly entertained on the drive back to Florence. I would gladly take this tour again!

Tuscany Lover’s Dream - This was a great experience, the wineries were gorgeous and truly showed the picturesque heart of Tuscany. Our host was incredibly fun and loved to be involved with the guests. The wines gave a little bit for everyone but it was mostly red. The only downside was that we didn’t realize we wouldn’t get back till almost 11:30pm and we were exhausted. Also, definitely take motion sickness medicine because the travel each time you’re in the bus (3 times) is between 45 mins to an hour so it’s a lot of opportunity to feel nauseous before dinner at 9pm.

This IS the Tour you want - We’d do it again!! - I searched many wine tours before deciding on this particular Winery Tour and I can not RAVE about it enough! The First Winery offered a beautiful setting with a nice tour of the winery and wine process (we did not go into the vineyard which was ok with us). This is a family owned vineyard with people who love what they do are were excited to share with us, the visitor. We tasted 3 wines in a GLASS wine glass - not some plastic or god aweful paper cup as some wineries are doing now. (one white & 2 Chiantis) served with aperitifs of slices of cheese, salami on crostinis - then an option to purchase a glass of wine and enjoy the garden &/or purchase to ship home. Our tour bus then stopped at a point to the next winery for a photo opp of sunset over Tuscany. The 2nd and last Winery was much larger than the first. We were welcomed and introduced to the winery and walked into the vineyard to pick & taste ripe grapes off the vine! (They were like little pops of sugar). Then into the reception area where he spoke of his particular wines & processes and toasted us with a nice glass of white wine and a short tour of the lower entrance. We were scheduled to dine outdoors but it rained prior and was rather chilly. An enormous vineyard with an absolutely beautiful building to host visitors. Here we were served a sit down meal and 5 wines to taste with the meal - and let me tell you, the food was plentiful and delicious!! Sausage, ribs, chicken, with roasted potatoes and rocket on fine china in an intimate atmosphere. We sampled their exclusive olive oils and balsamic vinegar with our meal. The wines were served in 5 separate GLASS wine glasses (this IS a big deal). They explained each wine and they were delicious. No skimping of the sample of wine either - a nice pour to judge it by. At the end of dinner - you have the option to purchase their products. The atmosphere is relaxed and at a nice pace to enjoy. The outside patio is HUGE where they can serve oven fired pizzas and BBQ on a beautiful day. There was an outstanding area for tasting built right in the vineyard among the rows of grapes - all lit up with strings of lights - I bet would be a wonderful venue for any engagement. Our tour guide was funny and engaging with all of us - he elaborated on points of interest and did a little trivia and singing on the way back. If you are having trouble deciding which tour to take - you don’t want to spend ALL DAY on a wine tour but want something special - THIS IS THE ONE! I hope they do not change a thing - other than maybe slow the bus driver down which is why I did not give 5 stars. No one wants to be car sick on a wine tour.
