The Best Tour of our Italy Trip - Our Cinque Terre tour with Chris was an absolute highlight of our trip! He made visiting all 5 towns in one day so easy, fun, and overall just wonderful. Chris gave us so much insight along the way, planned everything out perfectly, and was also so flexible. The bus was huge and comfortable for our small group. Part of our family (not the teenage boys) did the 1-hour-ish hike and it was moderately challenging, but absolutely worth it. Yes more time in some of the towns would be great, but that's the trade-off for seeing all of them in one day. If you are visiting Cinque Terre in the off-season and want to see more than a couple towns, definitely do a tour like this. Also make sure you check the weather ahead of time - we got an amazing day, but switched from a rainy day which would have been a total bummer (and they close trails during rain). Chris rocks and he thought of absolutely everything!

Amazing day with Chris - Chris was our guide and it was amazing. He was very careful to ensure our comfort. The bus had chargers. He guided us through all the trains so we never got lost. He suggested foods, took us to all the best photos spots even took the pictures. Given his background in ecological touring he also was an amazing hiking guide pointing out the flora that was useful. Best day in Italy!

Very well organized trip - It’s definitely a little cold in January but we had a wonderful guide (viktoria) for our hike as well as on the bus rides. The trip was very well organized - they planned out each stop of the 5 cities, including a group lunch spot (we did have to pay for that) and the guides made sure we knew the highlights and best photos/sites in each town so we could maximize our pit stops in each of them.

Visit 5 old fishing villages in a day ! - Guide Cristian was knowledgeable , patient and helpful. Trip is worth the $ as get to see 5 old fishing villages in 1 day . Lunch was good . Hiking is optional . Can opt to travel by train or bus. Views from the hike was magnificent. However, one needs to be fit . Climbing up & down irregular steps can be punishing for the knees. Bring along hiking sticks The tour ends with a view of sunset was a bonus !

Cinque Terre walkabout tour - It was perfectly executed from meeting point to drop off. Ado was the nicest sweetest guide. Very helpful. I broke my wrist the night before and he got me ice packs at La Spezzia as I was unfamiliar with the train station and we didn’t have much time at that stop. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the National Park. The hike had spectacular views but I don’t think I’d recommend the hike portion if you just broke an important bone, the bus would have been smarter for my situation but then I would have missed the spectacular views along the way.

Amazing Experience - Our tour guide Ado was fantastic! He was passionate, funny and with us every step of the way, guiding us and telling us about the history from each town. We visited all 5 towns, if you didn't want to do the hikes, there was the choice of the train which took 3 mins to each town and met our fellow participants who did the hike. Lunch in Corniglia was amazing, with their signature dish being the seafood starter and pesto pasta. We had lots of free time to explore the beautiful towns and the coach to and from Cinque Terre was super comfy!

Incredible experience with an incredible tour guide! - Cinque terre is a place that every single person should visit. The picturesque towns were so stunning. We got to experience a comfortable 2 hour bus ride out to the town of La Spezia on a very nice tour bus. Then we hopped on the train and took the train from town to town. The train between the towns was only a 3-5 min ride and very comfortable. Our tour guide Ado made the whole experience incredible. Not only did he know so much about the history of the towns, he also became a friend along the way. He explained things with so much excitement and joy. You can tell he loves his job and just loves life. Ado made sure once we got off the bus that we knew where to go and how to get around. He always made sure to do head counts and keep up with his group. He also let you roam on your own and would give you a time and meet up point, which we loved as well! I highly recommend taking this tour and if you feel fit enough, the hike is well worth it! Make sure to request Ado as your guide. You will not be disappointed! PS if you're thinking about visiting Italy, being here in December outside of the huge tourist season has been absolutely perfect.

Worthwhile trip! - Had a fantastic day with our tour guide, Ado. The tour was extremely well organised, and Ado gave very clear information about the day and the meet-up times and points after free time. The towns were a little quiet due to the fact that it is winter low season, but they were extremely beautiful, and it was nice to explore them without the crowds. Thank you Ado!
