Great pasta experience - Our chef Antonio was fabulous - very good teacher, very patient and a bit of a comedian. It was fun and we learned a lot. Can’t wait to try it at home!

Wonderful Pasta-Making Class - This pasta- making class was one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. Our chef Lorenzo was amazing! He taught us how to make three different types of pasta and it was so wonderful to try our creations. Also wine and soft drinks were available as well. I would definitely suggest booking this experience! It was so much fun!

Imperdible!!!! - Best experience we had in Florence, for sure!! For those who like, even if only a little bit of cooking, will love! In addition to tasting the very newly made “pastes” watered in a good Chianti, you will have the opportunity to interact with people from all over the world and get to know different cultures! It is inevitable!!

Good but…. - This was the second time I have been but I do have to say that the first time was better. They really need to do a little maintenance to the bathroom. No toilet paper holder (broken) and asked for toilet paper (got table napkins) and the bathroom is really in disrepair. They say it comes with wine but about a quarter of the way through someone asked about the wine and they were told ….just help yourselves. OK, that’s fine but maybe tell us at the start that is how it works. I also felt this chef was not as hands on and a little rushed. I think the room beside us (they divide you into 2 groups ) was 15-20 minutes behind where we were. It was also about 110 degrees I there. I normally NEVER sweat but it was an oven in there. Still a fun time but if they let things go like they have the toilet then I think I would pass on this in the future.

Disappointed students - Very disappointed. Very small room for the size of the room. Most people cannot see the demonstration by the chef or hear him. There was confusion when entering the room as to what cooking station. They finally remembered to bring the wine out halfway through the class and only after we asked. We had some minors, less than 10 years old, as part of the class and they were touching other peoples cooking ingredients. The chef was a very nice person, however, he was overwhelmed, and the space was very confined
