Super cooking experience provided by fantastic cook and host - How much we enjoyed this cooking experience in Florence. With a very good, quiet cook and a fantastic host who translated for us while cooking and took care of the wine. They are also delicious dishes that we regularly make at home. Highly recommended!

Cooking class in Florence - This was so much fun and Jeremiah and Jacamo (spelling?) were wonderful teachers and made the whole experience wonderful. We made tiramisu and gnocchi and a few different pastas . Absolutely perfect experience for an afternoon !

Excellent - On our recent trip to Florence, my wife and I were lucky to be the only participants in the cook school experience. We had the undivided attention of Giacometti and Jeremiah who made the experience informative and great fun. Eating the food we prepared was accompanied by wine and digestive/aperitif recommended by Jeremiah. Great value for money and a truly memorable experience. Jeremiah (spelling correct I hope) was the main translator with Giacomo being the instructor, Italian and English being used back and forth. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of trying a cook school. The best event of our holiday! The following evening we reserved a table in the restaurant which proved to be a bonus with good food and wine again recommended by the host Jeremiah.

Cooking with Passion - Gabrielle made the experience fun! He was patient, helpful and explained what we were doing very thoroughly. The pasta and tiramisu we made were delicious. We have many pictures and videos he took so we can remember all the fun we had when we returned home. Recipes were sent too.

Cooking class - It was just my husband and I so it was like a private cooking lesson. Gabrielle was an excellent teacher and we made 3 different types of pasta, the sauces were excellent and the lunch was one of the best ones of the trip. I'm so glad we signed up for this, it was a great way to relax and cook and eat in Florence.

A great learning experience! - Great cooking class! Gabe was engaging, professional and knowledgable! Loved the technique and execution he displayed and learned way more about making pasta! His amazing sauces at the end put a finishing touch on the best pasta we ate in Florence! And we rolled it! Take the class!

Excellent!! - Gabriele was really wonderful! Excellent class with a good and patient teacher. He knew how and when to be technical, but also avoided the too technical stuff. The pasta ended up great and tasted lovely! And the wine was pretty good too!
