Fantastic Culinary Experience - This was one of the highlights of our trip. It was fun to learn how to make pasta and really get our hands into. Topped off with a delicious meal. Gabriele was patient and informative. Guiding us through each stage. Great way to spend a few hours.

Cooking with Passion - Gabrielle made the experience fun! He was patient, helpful and explained what we were doing very thoroughly. The pasta and tiramisu we made were delicious. We have many pictures and videos he took so we can remember all the fun we had when we returned home. Recipes were sent too.

Cooking class - It was just my husband and I so it was like a private cooking lesson. Gabrielle was an excellent teacher and we made 3 different types of pasta, the sauces were excellent and the lunch was one of the best ones of the trip. I'm so glad we signed up for this, it was a great way to relax and cook and eat in Florence.

Hand on, fun, delicious! - Gabrielle was a wonderful chef and host! We enjoyed every minute of our cooking class! It was hands on with excellent instructiions and tips and lots of humor woven in! The tiramisu and pastas all turned out with amazing tastes and texture! You won’t be disappointed if you take this class! Grazie Mille!

A great learning experience! - Great cooking class! Gabe was engaging, professional and knowledgable! Loved the technique and execution he displayed and learned way more about making pasta! His amazing sauces at the end put a finishing touch on the best pasta we ate in Florence! And we rolled it! Take the class!

Excellent!! - Gabriele was really wonderful! Excellent class with a good and patient teacher. He knew how and when to be technical, but also avoided the too technical stuff. The pasta ended up great and tasted lovely! And the wine was pretty good too!

Making pasta and memories - We had a fantastic experience with Gabriel. Lots of laughs and even more learning. He was a patient teacher, very knowledgeable and happy to answer the many questions we had. A truly authentic experience that we'd sign up for again!

Great Afternoon in Florence! - What a fabulous way to spend an afternoon! Gabriel was so much fun and informative. We made gnocchi, pasta and tiramisu. After the chef in back cooked and serve this great meal. Included was a glass of wine. Had no issues accommodating one of us that does not eat red meat.
