Top! - We booked this lesson with my friends and it was absolutely worth it! We are all passionate about cooking but none of us had ever made pasta by hand! Gabriele immediately presents himself with great sympathy, enthusiasm and professionalism. He explained the techniques with which to make tortelli and dumplings and the lesson flew. Absolutely to repeat and recommended to anyone who wants to try something new, creative and fun!

Great experience of all the senses! - Gabriele was an excellent teacher who provided us with valuable insights into making pasta and the overall experience of food and cooking. Additionally, he made the class enjoyable and created a wonderfully intimate atmosphere. My friend and I are so grateful for the experience!

Amazing experience, don't miss out!! - We had so much fun, Gabriele is a great chef and shared a lot of knowledge about cooking with us. We were lucky and it was just 2 of us learning with him and able to get any questions answered. We enjoyed wine while we made our 3 dishes and dessert. After we made the pasta it was cooked and served to us and was amazing. The tiramisu was the best I have had and even better that we were able to make it! I would highly recommend this and will likely do again if I find myself in Florence!

Best Cooking Class - Gabrielle did an awesome cooking class. It was very intimate. We are a family of four and it was just us. He eased us in by showing us a wonderful little tiramisu. He then had us a work on weighing flour and eggs. I had never weighed an egg. It was great how precise he was. He ensured everyone would actually go home having felt the optimal dough and understanding how to make it at home. We made 3 different pastas and he explained how you could change it slightly to make even more varieties. Two people in our group were not very familiar with cooking and he made them feel comfortable. The gnocchi we made is the best I’ve ever had. He is the sommelier for the restaurant and recommended the perfect wine for us. There was so much food we had to take some of our pasta home and even reheated it was great! I am so excited to take these recipes home with me and make them again!

A Trip highlight - This cooking experience was my first and absolutely fabulous! We made pasta and tiramisu from scratch, with very detailed instruction, but simple! At the end of our class, Gabriel cooked all of the pasta for us with some additional treats and served to us. It was amazing, I would highly recommend.

Cooking enthusiasts Approve - First time taking a cooking class and I loved it! Gabrielle was patient and very clear with instructions. I would say don’t book any other tours for after because it’s a lot to take it and you will want to enjoy it without thinking of other plans

A proper pastry - Great experience, we really enjoyed ourselves and learned how to make tortelli properly. Honestly I knew how to make tagliatelle but making a resistant, tender and easy to digest pastry is a completely different thing. Gabriele pampered us, had patience and enriched our culinary knowledge. We already knew the environment but after the restyling it is now even more welcoming and intimate. I recommend it to all those who want to experiment with an activity a little outside the catering scheme. Thank you very much and see you soon

Pasta like grandma's - We trusted them again even for the cost of fresh pasta and we had a blast. It's one thing to make it randomly and hope it comes back and it's another thing to make it taking into account the weight of the ingredients and the various techniques and related notions (I never get tortelli at home haha!!!) Thank you so much guys, We always feel at home
