Great late Duomo Climb (+extras) tickets - Quick and easy way to get emergency tickets for people who didn’t plan ahead and by the pass ahead of time. Tickets were emailed and WhatsApp’d 2 days before the Duomo Climb time. It’s a sight not to miss. Don’t worry about getting in the queue early. Everyone with your time slot gets allowed in on the start time. So just get there early, take a glass of wine in the piazza in eyesight of your line the (side Dome door not the main cathedral line) and relax!

Breathtaking Views... - I had a great experience with Viator for my Florence dome climb. I booked the tickets online and they were very easy to use. The climb was amazing. The views from the top were breathtaking, and I felt like I was in a different world. The dome is a masterpiece of architecture and art, and I'm so glad I got to see it up close. I highly recommend this booking for anyone who wants to climb the dome, especially since the tickets are often sold out. It was one of the highlights of my trip to Florence.

Fascinating! - I had a wonderful time exploring the Duomo complex in Florence, thanks to the last-minute tickets I found online. The tickets gave me access to the cathedral, the dome climb, the baptistery, the underground crypt, the bell tower, and the museum. It was a great deal and a great way to see the amazing architecture and art of the Duomo. The highlight of the tour was the dome climb, which offered stunning views of the city and the surrounding countryside. The climb was challenging, but rewarding. I also enjoyed visiting the baptistery, which had beautiful mosaics and a famous bronze door. The underground crypt was fascinating, as it revealed the ancient history of the site. The bell tower was another great spot to admire the cityscape and the dome. The museum was very informative and had impressive artworks, such as the original statues of the façade and the famous Pieta by Michelangelo.. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the best of the Duomo complex in Florence. It was a memorable and enjoyable experience that I will never forget.

Very disappointing in the end! - There were crazy people in Florence! The places to visit were saturated, it was impossible to access the dome of the Duomo, for example. We stepped on each other, everywhere! The queues were unprecedentedly long, discouraging especially with the bad weather we had. In the end, a rather disappointing stay despite the beauty of the place, at least what we hoped for. Florence is a victim of its success like many other places.

Duomo tour - A little pricey we were charged over $100 but when we got the tickets and saw what the actual website charged it states only 30 euros per person. I would recommend just getting the tickets from the actual website.

The Duomo is wonderful, but the tour operator's organization is poor - We got tangled up with the tickets, because we were never clear about the schedules. We learned from the palace guards that only the Duomo has strict entry and exit times. The other entrances to the other palaces are for 3 days. I was never able to find the tour operator to explain what to do, even though we wandered around the place. Maybe they sent me the tickets through the application and we entered on our own, but we couldn't do everything. It is suggested that they better explain the entry times and the difference with the meeting time and be more explicit about the meeting place. Improve the information on how this package works for someone who is going for the first time!!!!! Climbing the Duomo was an incredible experience! Thank you Florence

Avoid during renovations! - The Baptistry is currently undergoing major renovation work on its spectacular ceiling. It is NOT worth visiting in its current state. The suspended cloth offers only a very poor reproduction and the English translations on the panels are not up to much either. We wandered around the nearby streets to get over the disappointment.

Expensive and no skip any lines - The experience is that you get to go but many things were not as written. It states - guaranteed to skip the lines - there is no such thing and the line is 30- 40 min long for each item! You stand in line to climb the dome - we showed up 15 min early and got in line early to go up faster. This is the only item where you have a timed spot. It’s also one of the only priced items. Everything else is free per the museum website. Expect to wait in line for all the different entrances. This ticket does not skip any lines. It’s also rather confusing which line is for which event. Lastly, this is rather sad that “agencies” are buying up all these normal tickets and up-charging the customers.

Worst tour operator ever - Spent an hour trying to find operator after he never showed up to meeting site. Sent him three messages through Viator that were never answered. Phone number for the operator that was provided was a fake. As we were leaving the area (very upset), passed by a different tour operator office that had a Viator logo. I showed them my confirmation and they knew the tour operator, called him, and was finally given my tix. Unfortunately, we were unable to experience the entire tour that I had paid for due to the lost time. In addition, we had to wait in a long line in scorching heat (we bought a “skip the line” ticket). DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS TOUR OPERATOR.
