Great experience - We got to skip a massive line and get a very intimate tour of the galleria where we saw the original David statue and heard stories about the other works in the building. After a brief break for lunch we then met up for a walking tour that was very interesting and informative, covering everything we wanted to know about Florence. Overall it was a great experience and a great way to see a lot of a beautiful city in a short period of time

These tours have made Florence special - I was delighted to see Julia was doing the walking tour of Florence and the Academia. She led the Uffizi tour I did earlier that morning. Again she captivated us all with the history of the different places we visited and the history of the rich families of earlier Florence. The tour covered all the important places and it was not tiring. But the visit to the Academia to see David was definitely the highlight. You must see him. If you get Julia she will enthrall you for 45 minutes on how David came about, was sculpted and how he ended up in the Academia. And also showed you how Michael Angelo was a genius. The only let down of this tour was the back room staff. The meeting point location was different depending on where you bought your ticket (I got mine through Trip Advisor) and consequently there were delays. So many people have complained about this, you would think they would do something about it. But this has nothing to do with the tours or the fabulous guide. Recommend this tour 100%. I travelled alone in Florence.

Wonderful Tour - Took a tour with Christiano (I think). He gave an amazing tour providing information on the statue of David and Michelangelo as well as other sculptors. The walking tour was terrific. I learned so much about Florence that I would not have without Christiano. I highly recommend this tour!

Very pleasant & imformative - Having only a few hours in Florence while on a Mediterranean Cruise, we were very happy we booked this tour. Our guide, Alberto, was very pleasant & knowledgeable. By far, it was much better than us trying to figure out how to do it on our own.

When we booked and paid... - When we booked and paid for it. We thought that it was supposed to be for approx. 3 hours. But it turned out to be for only 1 hr and 45 min. So we were very surprised.

Terrible Waste of Time and Money - My family and I did this tour on June 24, 2018. For the price charged, this was a tremendous waste. I believe the issue was our guide who barely said anything (I don’t even think she said her name) about the museum or the town of Florence. We did not learn anything at all. This was more of a ‘follow the leader’ tour where all we did was walk around and follow her. I would like my money back (less museum admission fees). We did another Chianti wine tour with aviator which was much better and we learned more about Florence in that one and at the same cost! Do not purchase this tour!
