Tips to a good pizza - Had a great time with Chef David learning how to make great pizza and gelato! Can’t wait to put my skills into action when I return to the States! Tips like only 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce to keep crust from getting soggy and basil under the cheese don’t doesn’t get dry and burnt!

Towns of Italy Pizza and a gelato making class - The place was pleasant and was a good size for a class. Our group of 10 was a delightful mix but the best part was out teacher Victoria who kept us engaged and told stories and quips about making pizza! I highly recommend this class.

Unfortunate experience in poor customer service - We signed up for this tour with high expectations for a wonderful experience. Now I want to be clear, we love children, but unfortunately when we were seated at a table with two young children loud and screaming and touching all the shared flour etc that would be used for our pizzas, we were off put. Coughing and sneezing on things. We were not able to be relocated to another table. We spoke with someone about a refund and then said oh sure please call this number. So we left the class in an effort to not hold it up. It was a loud and stressful environment with the collective 6 plus children screaming and yelling. I contacted Towns of Italy only to receive a blatant no. They offered no level of understanding. It’s like they only care about the money they receive and not the full customer experience. No services were rendered and yet they are still refusing to give me any form of a refund. They wouldn’t even call me back and it took me numerous attempts to even get a text response thru their app.
