Very good delivery - It does exactly what it says. I got quick entry and skipped long queues. If that's what you want, I would recommend this service.

Loved Florence; Michelangelo’s David. - The representative showed up at the appointed place at the appropriate time with tickets. Due to a strike, only persons with reservations were being allowed to enter so prior purchase of tickets is recommended. Long lines, like other places in Italy, even though somewhat off season. What can be negative about seeing Michelangelo’s David? There are other wonderful pieces of art as well as an informative video on plaster casting. My wife liked Florence best of the Italian cities.

Good experience - It was a good experience. It was easy and just as decribed. We arrived and picked up our tickets from the company guide and then went to the line instructed to go. In a few minutes we went right in. Enjoyed the museum and of course the main star David!

Good way to see the Statue of David - We opted to just get tickets and not do a tour. For us, I think that was a good idea. It's a small museum and easy enough to navigate without a guide. The main draw of course is the statue of David which did not require explanation. We had no problem finding the organizers. You just need to read the descriptions very closely. We were a bit early, so they went ahead and gave us an earlier time slot. No complaints!

Touring Accademia - Although we paid to “skip the line,” there’s no such thing nowadays. We waited in line for about 45 minutes. Our guide Martina was knowledgable but very opinionated (e.g., people from Naples are not friendly; Italians don’t like the French…), but her knowledge inside Accademia (and of Michelangelo) was impeccable. We enjoyed the museum and its 45 minute tour though we had no idea it was that small. I’d still highly recommend just to see the magnificence of David!

Just Another Ticket Voucher - How to redeem your voucher for a ticket was a bit fussy. We had to ask around to find the right person, and you don’t skip the line.

Don't Buy these tickets - We waited in lines for over 1 hr, which were fast track. It was chaos. People we jumping between lines just to get ahead. It was also raining so it wasn't worth the time and effort. Definitely not recommended

Disappointed at Viator Accademia - My husband and I were confused and extremely annoyed. We could not find the place to validate our tickets. There were many lines and no one explained anything. We finally found another tourist who told us where to stand. A person from Viator showed up and put us on a line with a ticket. However he put us in the middle of a group who immediately yelled at us for cutting the line. We did finally get in and loved the museum. However for the price we paid I would never recommend Viator for the Accademia.

Disaster - First, forget "walk right in." The line with your ticket wraps around the block and it is pure chaos in the streets outside the museum Second, the tours were running an hour late. When we found out that we would have to wait another hour in the pouring rain we left. Disappointing is an understatement.
