Great tour! - Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. Our guide is actually an artifact restorer in her “spare time” and added little bets and pieces that we would not have normally gotten. We feel like our experience was enhanced by her extensive knowledge.

Well worth going on this tour - We arrived at the meeting point (this is could be a bit clearer). There were only 7 on our tour, which was lovely and we were given earbuds/units to hear the guide clearly as it's extremely busy in the Duomo complex area. Our Guide, Sabrina was excellent and gave us a lot of information both inside and outside of the Duomo. The tour is just the right length and you've got the opportunity to explore a little on your own. Would highly recommend this tour.

Amazingly knowledgable, enthusiastic, guide of gorgeous art!!! - Our guide was phenomenal. I do not know his name, but he was a middle aged gentleman with amazing enthusiasm, who so obviously loved his topic and knew it very well,. He responded with great insight to questions, and he was one of the most enthusiasm-provoking guides i have ever encountered. Do know that the tour ends up taking three hours (at least with him, and you will learn A LOT about the medieval history of Florence--with smaller kids, for example, I would not recommend this, for they will be bored out of their minds. But for anyone interested in the time these amazing monuments and pieces of art came about--and how they survived until today--this was a marvelous tour. All four the stops on the tour were totally worth it. One more thing: this is a church. Women need to have skirts to below the knees and all people need to have shoulders and midriff covered.

Duomo tour. - Cathedral beautiful on outside, not much on inside. Guide was ok but difficult to understand with a heavy accent. Museum was nice.

Decent guide, poor communication, too expensive - Guide was good and informative however, bags were not allowed and we were not told in advance, therefore my partner had to go hand in the bag at another location, tour started without him, only after that and going in for they tells us you could only go in once into each building, so my partner lost half of the baptistry tour. Also, bell tower is not whenever you want, you have an assigned time slot, which we did not get to choose. Overall too much money for what it was, still decent guide
