Wonderful succinct tour - Tour guide was great. I learned a lot. The only disappointing thing was it says Dome climb optional and it was not an option. Another couple on the tour said the dome climb was confirmed.

Historical and brief - Detailed explanations by the guide. We were able to enter the site without waiting in line. I liked it was for 30 minutes. I took lots of pictures.

Wonderful and insightful tour! - This was such an informative tour that was a huge relief to skip the long line even during Off peak season! Our tour guide was such a wonderful story teller that made every historic fact so interesting!! Love this tour!

Great Duomo tour! - Our guide was extreme knowledgeable about the Duomo so it was really interesting. It was great that we skipped the line! Highly recommend this relatively short but great tour!

Never use City WONDERS FLORENCE - Traveled from New Zealand to Florence booked with these people were given terrible directions, google maps sucks in this area because a million people are using it at the same time. Supposed to meet a guide on the steps, there were no steps where our link sent us and no guide. Called them and was given same details still incorrect. The guide left 3 separate groups stranded we called exactly 1 min after so called departure to be told sorry you've missed the guide. He cannot come out and find you. So disgusting consider where people have traveled from and relax your stupid non refunds policy. It feels as though there wasn't really enough bookings so they just didn't show and blamed us 😕 ruined the entire experience

We got scammed! - We could not find the guide. The guide was not where the instructions said they would be. I tried to contact several times and finally got a text from guide after your was over. I requested a refund and was denied so I am going to dispute the charge with Amex and will provide documentation showing my attempts to contact guide.
