A Definite Place to Stay - Excellent location and a beautiful apartment. We appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment and how well equipped the facility was. The owner was super accommodating, helping us with luggage and getting us to the airport. We even got a history lesson on the Florence culture. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely worthwhile! - Isabella was so knowledgeable and clearly loved the Duomo and its history as well as her city. Her tour was incredibly informative and increased my appreciation for the architecture and the city. Absolutely worthwhile.

Short and interesting! - Our tour guide was really lovely and knowledgable even in her second language, she made sure everyone was included and was very passionate about Florence.
The only set back is maybe the price is slightly too high for how short the tour was, but otherwise excellent!

The tour guide was good ,... - The tour guide was good , the problem i see like most comments is although you purchase the tickets with the option to upgrade to a climb - none of the guides seem to be aware of this option .

Tour guide was horrible - What could have been a great tour was ruined due to the guide’s English being very poor. She spoke very quietly and her accent was so strong, it was nearly impossible to understand her. We paid good money for this tour and didn’t get anything out of it.

GUIDE UNABLE TO CONVERSE IN ENGLISH - The Duomo was awesome as was the climb and view from the top. However 4we signed up for an English speaking Guide… the quality of the booking is measured by the ability of the Guide to talk about the building and its history, unfortunately the Guide had a difficult time trying to speak English and quickly lost the attention of the group.
Note that we booked 9 Viator events on this trip, 7 were simply awesome in every respect. However when attempting to writing 5 star reviews for those 7 I quit because the review site would not let me use my own words and continued to prompt me what to write about and how many words to use.

Irritated - We were staying in Rome and bought high-speed train tickets to go to Florence. Unfortunately, the entire train system went down and there was no way to get Florence on this particular day. I immediately contacted both the tour operator and Viator - requesting to reschedule for the next day. Both the tour operator and Viator refused to accommodate my request. The response that I got was, “This is your problem; not ours.” Basically, if anything happens within 24 hours of the scheduled tour, you are out of the money!

Tour guide never showed up! - We waited in the rain for an hour and the tour guide never showed up. We messaged him on the app with no response. This really messes up your plans when you are only in each city for a couple days at a time! Totally pissed us off! The leaders need to use their flags even if it os raining as there are thousands of people and no way to locate them without it but he never even showed up to ours we looked everywhere.
