Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a red bag or Devour Tours sign. This tour meets in Piazza Santo Spirito, 12 by the statue of Cosimo Ridolfi. It is located on the side of the square furthest away from the church "Basilica di Santo Spirito."

A terrific experience and value. Would do again. - This was an excellent experience…one of the most fun things we did in Florence, and we did a lot! Much more food, actually, than we thought, and wine, too! Marco, our guide was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Excellent small group tour - The tour was a small group (12) which some tours are 30-40. Marco was excellent. Shared history of the area, customs of the locals, and great places to eat at. Being a small group was nice to meet other people from around the world. Made for a fun evening. Highly recommend.

Taste Florence like a local - We had a wonderful food tour in the Oltrarno neighbourhood, led by our guide Marco. He was personable, energetic and made an effort to ensure everyone on the tour was having a wonderful time. Each stop delivered delightful food and wine, it’s difficult to choose a favourite. One of the most memorable stops was the bruschetta at the first stop and the florentine steak at the last stop.
One of the best experiences during our time in Italy! Highly recommend!!

The perfect introduction to food and the Oltrarno - I can't say enough good things about this tour. I went to Florence with three college friends, and the tour of the Oltrarno was a highlight of our trip: fun, entertaining, and completely delicious. Marco, our guide, was charming and delightful. We were very happy that we visited small, interesting places -- this was *not* one of those food tours that packs groups into cheesy tourist spots. We learned so much, and the other people in our group were friendly as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this to other travelers -- or do it again!

Smell of Florence! - I really enjoyed the tour, getting to know Florentine cuisine, our guide Chiara, who with knowledge and humor dedicated us to interesting details of the life of Italians, as well as historical moments. Delicious wines, real Florentine steak and many other amazing things awaited us on this tour. This is an experience that you definitely want to repeat🙏

Wonderful evening! - This was one of our more memorable parts of our trip to Florence! Our guide was Marco from Devour Tours. He was absolutely brilliant! He was knowledgeable, funny and showed us a great time in Oltrano. We’re vegetarian and he made sure we got the appropriate food. We were absolutely stuffed by the end. Worth every penny and would do it again for sure. But only if Marco is the guide! I highly recommend this tour and also suggest doing this early on in your trip because you will learn a lot about the food and wind of Florence and Tuscany!

Fun evening to experience a different neighborhood. - We all loved being in the outskirts in the Oltrarno neighborhood of such a tourist-centric city as Florence. Jessica was wonderful. We enjoyed our time with her and walking into different Mom and Pop establishments, that we would ordinarily never go to. Jessica was adorable, informative, spoke wonderful English and made it an all around wonderful experience.

Get to know authentic Florence! - Amazing way to experience the true Florence. The exposure to the people and food of Florence was wonderful. Our guide was friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable. The venues were welcoming and became an active component of the tour. Highly recommend.

Away from the crowd in the heart of the real Florence - The tour was amazing! More than I was expecting! It was away from the crowd in a neighborhood that wasn't full of tourists, Oltrarno.
Our guide Lorenzo made everything to let us experience a great time. Besides the guide what a food we tried... I'm still mouth watering thinking about it... SPOILER ALERT - Great cold cuts, amazing wine and meat!
I loved the wine window!!! The same of Stanley Tucci!!!!
If I knew it I would have invite also my friends as it has been a real fun!!!

Authentic and full of flavour - Our guide was very knowledgable and hospitable and our group had a lovely time. We had great food and wine in local authentic places that were all close to each other. Recommend this tour.
