A very good tour! - Very good tour with great explanation from the guide. Was very glad we’d booked and didn’t have to wait in the sun for hours, only a 10 minute wait. Well worth the money, loved it!

Fantastic Tour - Fantastic tour. Our tour guide was just fantastic. She taught us about art and art history in a relatable way. Of course Michelangelo’s David was the highlight but she had fantastic insight to share. Perfect length of time too!

Wonderfully informative and engaging tour with Andrea - Our guide Andrea was marvelous! She brought not only a wealth of information, but a sense of reverence for the works we viewed, yet with a spirit of discovery and humor. The speed of delivery was perfect, her English was excellent, and the only criticism we had (and this had nothing to do with her) was that the ear buds were singularly uncomfortable. If you have your own we suggest you bring them. Length of time was adequate, and depth of coverage perfect for intellectually curious neophytes in the world of art.

A mixed bag - I want to be generous because it was a rainy morning so everything was a little chaotic, but there were some hiccups. The headsets really didn't work and the guide was not adept at keeping our semi-large group together and engaged. It felt like she didn't have a real flow to the tour. At a certain point I turned my headset in and just walked around by myself. That being said, having seen how busy it was in all of the lines having a guaranteed entrance with a group made this worthwhile.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AGENCY. - Horrible experience. When I got to the meeting point, I was told that the Spanish-guided tour had been canceled without any explanation or prior information. I was told by the person in charge at the place that I was going to get refunded for the guided you. Still, almost a week afterward, I have not received any email or communication from the agency regarding the refund. They gave me the tickets and told me to go into the museum or I could wait for the English tour guide, but the other group members did not speak English. I took the tickets, walked in and took pictures, and left. Poor experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS AGENCY.

Let me convince you if the tour value and read from the signs - While we appreciated skipping the line, ultimately we were very disappointed in the tour. The guide spent the first 20 minutes explaining/trying to convince us of the value of the tour in a plain room inside the galleria (this could been done outside while we were waiting) and then read from the signs, which we could have done ourselves. Ultimately we left and explored on our own spending time where we wanted instead of listening to someone convince us of the value of the tour without any art knowledge.
