Then explore the streets of Florence, taking in landmarks like the Ponte Vecchio bridge, Palazzo della Signoria e Piazza della Repubblica and learn about the influence of the famous Medici family on Florence.

- This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
- Due to the religious nature of the Cathedral, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. Walks cannot be held responsible for those denied entry.
- We will not enter the Cathedral of Florence on December 24th and 31st, as Christmas celebrations will be held inside the Duomo on those dates.
- On Sundays, we will not enter the Cathedral of Florence due to Sunday mass. The guide will provide an explanation of the Duomo from the outside.
- We ask all guests (including children) bring ID on the day of their tour.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a green Walks sign. This tour meets in Piazza di San Marco at the Monument to General Manfredo Fanti statue in the center of the square.

This was a great way to... - This was a great way to see Davinci's David statue, you didn't have to wait in line at all. The tour guide did a great job of giving some context to different historical places/things we saw.

Molto bene! - Booked this tour on a whim since I was still jetlagged to explore on my own. It was so worth it. Our guide was passionate, informative, clear, patient, and very knowledgeable about the Medici family and Michaelango's work. She made it fun and engaging! Very easy to find and walkable meeting point and the right length as some tours can go too long. It was the perfect size of people and perfect high 70s weather for the last day of October.

Best highlights of Florence. - Our tour guide was very informative and made the tour interesting.
The group was a good size and the radio transmission made it easy to hear all that was said. Also great ideas given for things to see after the tour. Excellent value.

Awesome Tour! - We had an excellent time on our tour! We saw so many beautiful places during our tour. Our guide was fantastic with her knowledge of history on all the places we visited. She was very informative and interesting the entire tour. She kept us on time and gave us plenty of time to explore each stop. The bus was comfortable, and the driver was great. Even though we have now completed this tour, I wouldn't hesitate to join it again the next time we visit. This tour was time and money well spent.

Appreciating David - Our guide was very personable and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the tour but next time would book a smaller group. 18 people was quite large to keep track of everyone and needed headsets.

Interesting and informative - but rushed - It was a good tour, informative and interesting. It felt a bit rushed, we had hardly any time in accademia - a quick look at David and one other room then dashed off; likewise cathedral, just a quick look inside. Would have been good to see more of each of these. But it was very interesting nevertheless.
