Elena was a fantastic guide. - Our guide, Elena, was absolutely fantastic! Her deep knowledge and passion for both the galleries and the city of Florence truly elevated our experience. She shared fascinating insights and took the time to explain every detail with such clarity and enthusiasm, making the history and art come alive. Elena’s warmth and genuine love for her work shone through, and we felt incredibly lucky to have her as our guide. This tour was an unforgettable journey through Florence, and Elena's expertise made it all the more special. Highly recommended!

Great tour, memorable highlights - The guide, Elena, was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour. The tour path was well thought out and skip the line tickets were worth it. The tour was balanced, selecting the highlights to share in each place.

Excellent tour and guide! - Jessica was a fabulous tour guide. Her passion for art history and the history of Florence was evident. We enjoyed walking through the city and of course, seeing great works of art. David, The Birth of Venus - da Vinci, Botticelli and Michelangelo’s works are breathtaking. I highly recommend this tour and it’s a definite bonus if you get Jessica as your tour guide!

Nice Tour - Alma was knowledgeable and passionate about art and gave wonderful insight into the creation of Michaelangelo's David, as well as the progression of art over time. However,
the tour's description sounded like we would go to more places rather than having a concentrated art lesson. Overall it was fabulous, but one of my friends was bored.

Worst customer service ever! - Our guide was amazing, we loved her! But the rest of the staff was so terrible. We were running late due to a late train and I was messaging thru the app the entire time and thru WhatsApp and calling and when I finally got through the guy on the phone would not notify our guide that we were waiting outside the first museum since we got there late! The customer service was one of the worst I’ve ever had. They do not monitor any customer service channel and when you do get someone on the phone there we completely unhelpful. Please avoid working with the company that Viator outsources this tour to: Walks - Italy, Spain & Greece
