Each attendee will prepare their own pasta, which will then be cooked together in a single pot to be shared with the group, just like an Italian family.
The tomato sauce is pre-prepared as it requires about 2 hours of cooking. Meanwhile, the butter and sage sauce for the ravioli and tortellini will be freshly made by the instructor.
A dessert of chocolate salami will be served with limoncello, along with a booklet to guide your future pasta endeavors.
Finally, a wine tasting featuring wines from our own production will be offered, with the option to purchase and ship them to your home country!

Participants will be treated to organic Tuscan wine, produced using natural methods and bottled in our cellar, “Dalle Nostre Mani.” At the end of the experience, each participant will receive English instructions to easily and successfully make pasta at home.
