Great escape from the heat! - This was a great way to learn how to make pasta in Italy and of course Gelato. Both of our culinary leaders were amazing and kept it fun. The class is 3-6pm which is great when it is hot outside, there was AC in the working space. The only thing that could have made the experience better (and if this is the only down fall you should definitely book) would have been a glass of wine while preparing the meal. Wine is served with the food you have made.

Perfect evening making pasta and gelato with my son - My 6-year-old and I had a wonderful time at the class! Our instructor, Tommaso, was kind, helpful, funny, and best of all - he was able to connect with our different goals/interests - from serious chefs to kids to twenty-somethings celebrating a birthday. I've taken pasta-making classes before but this was a first for my son, and he loved it. In fact, we've purchased the ingredients for the tagliatelle with pesto and we're making it tonight as a family. Which brings me to my next point - these are realistic recipes that you can recreate at home. I also like that the recipes are in a digital booklet. The facility was clean, had A/C(!), and the equipment was great. Check-in was easy. I'd happily return for another class. Grazie!

It was so much fun! Worth the money and time! Chef Jon is very good! - So much fun! Our chef, Jon was fun and entertaining. He wanted us to have fun, but also wanted us to learn something new. Surprisingly, I've learned several new things (e.g. differences in pasta made in Northern Italy vs southern) We made tagliatelle, and ravioli. we helped the chef make basil pesto, and another tomato based sauce. Chef also demonstrated making gelato. Everything was delicious! It was so much fun spending time with my family but also meeting other travelers and hearing about their trip and experiences. They provide recipe for everything we made at the end. We plan to try making everything when we get home!

Fun for the whole family - So much fun. Chef Stefano was patient and interesting and the food we made was delicious. We even got the recipe book sent to us digitally so hopefully I can recreate it at home. The class wasn’t too big either which was great.

Federico P (for pasta) taught a wonderful class and everyone walked away feeling accomplished - Wonderful class with Federico P. We are in Italy to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday and took this class while in Florence. We laughed with the other students and had an amazing time learning about the history of pasta and gelato while we made two types of pasta and sauce topped off with gelato we made. Come hungry! You will not be disappointed!
