- Via Ghibellina, 190 - Join your expert fragrance creator at Antica Erboristeria San Simone for an immersive olfactory journey!\nThe workshop will be conducted in an enchanting, time-honored studio established in the 1700s. This venerable establishment has, over centuries, fused the scientific understanding of healthcare with the hands-on wisdom of the curative powers of botanicals, blossoms, and fruits.\nYou’ll be transported to the enchanting era of the Florentine alchemists and herbalists, amidst an array of distinctive glass containers, vials, and exotic scents. Tracing the historic paths of Catherine de Medici and René le Florentine, your expert scent designer will lead you through the intricate process that culminates in the crafting of your bespoke scent.\nUpon conclusion of the workshop, you’ll be presented with a 30ml vial of your own tailor-made perfume. Every attendee will also be given a commemorative certificate to mark the occasion. Don’t miss out on this genuinely unique experience.

Definitely recommend - Excellent activity for my 10 yr old and myself. We leave with our homemade perfume and we learned a lot. It was also a great break from the heat. Very attentive teacher!

Perfume making experience July 2024 - This was so much fun!!!! My friend and I were looking for something unique to do in Florence and this was fantastic.
The presenter and perfume maker were very kind and entertaining. After we picked our scents the perfume maker quickly determined how much we needed of each scent to make our own signature perfume!

Fun Perfume! - Such a cute idea and the ladies leading the class were so lovely and fun! It was such an experience learning how to make scents and smells and the form of aromatherapy that goes with it.

Lovely - Views were amazing and food was great…
However, the crowds were huge! We went five years ago and it was not this crowed, more enjoyable. We over packed, which is not a good idea, but, we did bring good walking shoes, a must!
We did get to see things we missed on our first trip.

Imagine your own signature scent! - Took this class with my mother and daughter and we loved it! We are so excited to have our own scent. It was so much fun making it and leaning about the history and process of making a scent. We also picked up some home scents, perfume and homemade soap as gifts. This was a highlight in Florence.

Nice afternoon with teenagers at - Really a nice afternoon. The store was cute and the ladies were so nice and patient helping us to find the perfect scent. Even my teenage sons who are now interested in cologne also found it entertaining.

A good experience - Our host was lovely. It was about an hour to make the perfume. It seemed a bit expensive for the overall experience but we are glad we did it.
