Additional Information

In this two-and-a-half-hour session capped at 10 to 12 attendees, you are assured of direct engagement with the culinary tutor. Absorb the art of molding and stuffing traditional pasta, understanding the primary dough for filled pastas, and master the techniques of perfectly combining it with lip-smacking sauces.

Despite being a collective class, the menu will be mutually decided considering everyone’s palate.
Seasonal and certified organic produce only! There are instances where we go the extra mile and prepare the cheese for our dishes ourselves – a truly homemade experience.
The mentor possesses significant exposure with the North American and European market, allowing her to direct you with your shopping back home.

The fillings range from cheese, slow-cooked meat, delightful veggies, or fish, all organic, in-season, and locally acquired.

Italian Cooking Class- Trip Highlight - This was seriously the best part of our trip to Florence!! Would highly recommend. The instructors spoke English very well and were so encouraging to individuals with little cooking experience. The class is located within walking distance of downtown Florence. The food we made was delicious and I learned so much!

Must do experience in Florence! - Carlo was a fantastic teacher and walked us through each step with kindness and humor! The food was excellent; every plate was cleared by the end! If you are looking for a unique experience and skills to take home, this is the activity for you!

Fun time and great pasta! - Julio did a great job. Wonderful class. I would recommend you allow a glass of wine while cooking. Also - have some wonderful Italian bread available. Maybe even have a small dessert available.

Chef Vary Fabulous!!! - This was a FABULOUS class! Our Chef Vary was wonderful!! Engaging, informative, humorous and so fun!! The class itself was great - learning to make different pastas and sauces from scratch was fascinating! The wines we tasted and had with our meal were yummy! Highly recommend this class!!!

Giulio is the best! - Giulio was great! He explained what to do for each step very well and helping when needed giving support. He also had a fun upbeat personality and made the entire experience enjoyable and full of laughs before we even tasted the pasta we made (which was very tasty!) Highly recommend for pasta lovers and aspiring cooks!

Book this class with Alberto 👌 - Book in now!! Best class to do in Florence - Alberto is the Man!! We did this class in our second day in Florence, but we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The group was small only 10 with a varied background, we were taught lots but in the three hours with Alberto, he is very interactive and a pleasure to be taught by. A lot of what we did was new and he helped us learn these skills, I can’t wait to cook more Italian food now I know how, highly recommended👍👍

Incredible Class - Chef Julio and Chef Vary are amazing. This cooking class was the highlight of my families time in Florence, no question about it. We had so so much fun doing the class and the pasta was truly the best any of us have ever had!

Must-do pasta making and cooking class! - My daughter and I the absolute best time at our pasta making and cooking class! Our personal chef, Giulio, was amazing. He spoke great English so we understood everything we were asked to do. He was very hands on, funny, friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We made three different pastas from scratch, as well as a ravioli filling, a ragu and a pesto all with fresh ingredients. I was skeptical at first because I don't like pesto, but it was delicious and so was the ragu! After we made our meals, we sat down to a lovely table and enjoyed our delicious dishes and some wine. Can't wait to try all the recipes at home!

Try this class! - This was a great class! It was very hands on and a great way to learn more about Italian food and making pasta. Chef Vary was a great teacher and it was a highlight of our trip. Looking forward to making pasta at home now.
