In this two-and-a-half-hour session capped at 10 to 12 attendees, you are assured of direct engagement with the culinary tutor. Absorb the art of molding and stuffing traditional pasta, understanding the primary dough for filled pastas, and master the techniques of perfectly combining it with lip-smacking sauces.
Despite being a collective class, the menu will be mutually decided considering everyone’s palate.
Seasonal and certified organic produce only! There are instances where we go the extra mile and prepare the cheese for our dishes ourselves – a truly homemade experience.
The mentor possesses significant exposure with the North American and European market, allowing her to direct you with your shopping back home.
The fillings range from cheese, slow-cooked meat, delightful veggies, or fish, all organic, in-season, and locally acquired.
