We proceed with making ravioli, tagliatelle, spaghetti, or any other pasta we have decided on.

As you assist the chef in cooking the pasta, the experience truly begins! Enjoy the freshly made bruschetta and sip on your aperitivo, allowing the flavors to set the stage. Then, it’s time to sit down at the table, where the real feast begins! Let the celebration of food and wine unfold, creating an unforgettable culinary journey!

In this 2.5-hour class, limited to 10-12 participants, attendees are assured personalized interaction with the cooking instructor. Participants will learn how to shape and fill traditional stuffed pasta, prepare the main types of dough for filled pastas, and discover the best ways to pair them with delicious sauces and bruschetta. Although it is a group class, the menu will be collaboratively chosen based on participants’ preferences.
Only seasonal and certified organic products are used! Occasionally, participants will even make cheese from scratch for the preparations. The fillings include cheese, braised meat, wonderful vegetables, or fish, all organic, seasonal, and locally sourced.
Please note that gluten-free, egg-free, and lactose-free options are not available, and allergies to garlic or onion are not accommodated. It is essential to communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. The minimum age for participation is 16.
