Good - The process of meeting the guide was a bit confusing, but skipping the line with amazing. Worth it for us, on a hot, humid day.

The David is so Cool - I was greeted right away by the guide and sent to the line, which was only about a 5 minute wait. So I got to the David right away.

Horribly crowded but the only way in. - The only way you will see the David in tourist season. Literally, there are no passes left on the day you will arrive. Missing the David is a sin. It’s the most spectacular statue ever created by man.

Quick and easy! In and out of the museum in under an hour of our reservation with plenty of time with David!! - So quick and easy! We walked right up to the meeting point, got our paper tickets in 10 seconds flat, and walked right into the museum! Definitely worth it to skip the incredibly long line (approx 50-60 people?) This museum took us 45mins- 1hr to see, easy to complete without a guide. Would highly recommend

Must see in Florence - Good clear instructions. Skip the line is worth it if you are push for time. Museum has good crowd control so it’s not too busy once inside.

Viator get a uniform so we can find the ticket guy. David you rock! - Re: picking up ticket after you purchased it online. Honestly we shouldn’t have to try to find a guy in the madness of the crowds to get a ticket even though we already have the ticket. Then line up. So many people were standing around wondering whether they should line up or whether they find the guy with a handful of tickets who doesn’t have a Viator shirt on but looks like someone out of a Bollywood movie. David was amazing. The paintings in the gallery are incredible. Easy to get a good picture of David even with the crowds because he is positioned on a pillar. Take a wet scarf because people generate heat in that room.

Criticism - Indicate only for those who appreciate art! The guide was not in the indicated place, to make the delivery of tickets, we had quite difficulty to find him. Buy the ticket on site, the queues are not very large, the value is much lower and less than 17 years unpaid.

Save your money - Save yourself money by just purchasing tickets from the main office. The "skip the line" just means they bought tickets in advance. When we arrived (16:00) there was no actual line. We paid extra for nothing. The museum is worth seeing. The Statue of David is incredible. Just do it on your own.
