This interactive workshop offers insights into the materials, history, and techniques with a live demonstration of this centuries-old art form. The session begins with an introduction to the cultural origins of marbling, including paper preparation, color mixing, pattern techniques, and tools, followed by a demonstration. Participants will then have the opportunity to experiment and create their own marbled papers to take home. * The workshop lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

Classes are conducted in a local art studio in Florence. Occasionally, the studio location may change, but participants will be notified in advance. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
